BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS THIS WEBSITE, OR BY BOOKING OR USING ANY AMIRI GATE SERVICE, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD LEAVE THIS WEBSITE AND REFRAIN FROM BOOKING IMMEDIATELY. 

This document is in two parts: Part A sets out the general Terms of Use for the Amiri Gate website and platform, and Part B sets out the specific Booking Terms and Conditions that apply once you make a booking for any Amiri Gate service. Both parts apply to your use of the Website and, where you make a booking, to that booking. 

PART A - WEBSITE TERMS OF USE 

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) apply to the websites and platforms of Amiri Gate General Trading L.L.C. (“Amiri Gate”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including but not limited to the following:

Amiri Gate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms of Use at any time. The new version of these Terms of Use will be posted on the Website and will take effect and govern all use of the Website upon posting. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Amiri Gate grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to enter and use the Website, and such licence may be withdrawn, suspended, cancelled or amended at any time by us at our sole discretion. 

Your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use. 

A1. Ownership of Materials and Appropriate Use 

The Website and the materials on it, including but not limited to all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks (including the Amiri Gate name and logo), logos, sounds, artwork and computer code, are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights and laws. The materials on this Website are either owned by or licensed to us. You may not alter, broadcast, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell or transfer any materials on the Website, although you are permitted to display the materials on the Website on a computer screen and to download and print a hard copy for your personal, non-commercial informational use, provided you do not alter or remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices and do not make any modifications to any such information. 

You agree to use this Website in accordance with these Terms of Use only for lawful and proper purposes and in compliance with the laws of the country from which you are accessing the Website. Furthermore, you agree not to: 

A2. Legal Relationship 

The Website is provided for information purposes and, where applicable, to facilitate the booking of premium airport services (including Meet & Greet, Fast Track, and Lounge Access) provided by third-party Service Providers. No material on the Website shall be construed as an intention to create a legal relationship with any party, nor shall it constitute an offer of goods or services or create a licence, other than as expressly set out in Part B (Booking Terms and Conditions) below. 

A3. Website Availability 

The Website is provided free of charge to browse, and we make no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of the Website, or any materials or information on it, at any time without notice. 

A4. Bookings 

Amiri Gate operates as a booking platform connecting you with third-party Service Providers for the provision of Meet & Greet, Fast Track, Lounge Access, Luxury Transportation, and other premium airport services. All bookings made through the Website are additionally governed by the Booking Terms and Conditions set out in Part B of this document, which take precedence over this Part A in respect of any booking-specific matter (including cancellations, amendments, no-shows, and service-specific conditions). 

A5. Links from the Website 

We may from time to time provide links from the Website to websites that are owned and controlled by third parties, including our Service Providers and partners. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement by Amiri Gate. We have no control over, and shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of, those websites. 

A6. Accuracy of Information 

We take reasonable care to ensure that all product, service and pricing information featured on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, our services are continually updated, and the images, descriptions and prices on the Website are for general illustrative guidance only. For accurate, up-to-date information you should contact us directly using the details in the “Contact Us” section of this document, and you must rely on your own enquiries before completing a booking. 

A7. Disclaimer 

We do not warrant, represent or undertake that the materials on the Website are accurate, complete, uninterrupted or current, or that the Website will be free of error, defects or viruses, and all conditions and warranties that might otherwise be implied by statute or at common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Website and its materials are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not accept any liability for losses or claims arising from any inability to access the Website, use of the Website, downloading of viruses, loss or corruption of downloaded material, or browser incompatibility issues. Amiri Gate disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and disclaims all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third parties, including Service Providers, in connection with or related to your use of the Website. 

A8. Limitation of Liability 

Except where prohibited by law, in no event will Amiri Gate be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits. 

If Amiri Gate is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the Website, Amiri Gate's liability shall in no event exceed the total fees paid by you in respect of the relevant booking or service, in the six months prior to the date of the initial claim made against Amiri Gate. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you. 

A9. Indemnity 

You agree to indemnify and hold Amiri Gate, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) made against Amiri Gate by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website. 

A10. Privacy Policy 

Amiri Gate's Privacy Policy applies to your use of this Website, and its terms are incorporated into these Terms of Use by this reference. To view Amiri Gate's Privacy Policy, please visit the “Privacy Policy” section of the Website. By using the Website, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy. 

A11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

Your use of the Website, any material downloaded from it, and the interpretation of these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. You and we each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. 

PART B - BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

B1. Introduction & General Terms 

These Booking Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the provision and use of all Amiri Gate services, including but not limited to Meet & Greet, Fast Track, Airport Lounge Access, Luxury Transportation, and all other premium airport services offered through the Amiri Gate platform. 

By booking and utilizing any Amiri Gate service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Booking Terms and Conditions. 

B2. Booking & Reservations 

2.1 Booking Requirements 

Meet & Greet services must be booked online in advance. Walk-in requests at the airport are subject to availability. For all other services, members may present their My Benefits card at the venue to avail applicable discounts, subject to availability. 

2.2 Booking Confirmation 

To complete and secure your booking, you must provide a correct email address and accurate contact details. We are not responsible for any errors related to misspelled email addresses, inaccurate phone numbers, or incorrect payment card information. 

2.3 Amendment, Modification & Cancellation 

Any amendment, modification, or cancellation of a confirmed booking must be executed directly through the Platform interface or by contacting Amiri Gate in advance. All changes are subject to the applicable Service Provider's terms. 

2.4 Platform Liability Disclaimer 

Amiri Gate disclaims any liability or responsibility for communication with the Service Provider regarding your booking. You cannot derive any rights from requests to or communications with the Service Provider. Amiri Gate cannot guarantee that any request, communication, or acknowledgement will be duly received, read, or acted upon by the Service Provider in a timely manner. 

B3. Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations are subject to the following timeline and refund structure: 

All cancellations must be processed through the Platform interface in accordance with the Service Provider's specific cancellation policy. Please review the cancellation terms carefully prior to making your booking. Applicable taxes may still be charged in the event of cancellation. 

3.1 Refund Policy 

Refunds are calculated in accordance with the Cancellation Policy set out above. Where a refund is due, it will be processed within 30 working days from the date of cancellation and credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. 

B4. Amendments 

Amendments to your booking must be made at least 2 hours before the confirmed service time. Amendments made less than 2 hours before the service time will be treated as a No-Show. In such cases, free cancellation will no longer apply, even if your service is rescheduled to a future date. 

B5. No-Show Policy 

No refund will be issued for No-Shows or declined services, regardless of reason. Applicable taxes may still be charged by the Service Provider in the event of a no-show. We recommend that you review your booking confirmation and make any necessary amendments with sufficient advance notice. 

B6. Service-Specific Terms & Conditions 

6.1 Fast Track Services 

Fast Track services are subject to availability as determined by the Service Provider. The Service Provider may refuse or discontinue Fast Track Services at any time at its full and absolute discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

Lounge facilities are available on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability as determined by the Service Provider. The Service Provider may refuse admission to or remove any user at its full and absolute discretion, including but not limited to:

B7. General Terms & Conditions 

7.1 Acceptance of Terms 

By making a booking with Amiri Gate or any Service Provider through our Platform, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation, no-show, and service-specific terms and conditions of that Service Provider. 

7.2 Accurate Information 

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete. Late payment, incorrect banking details, invalid payment cards, or insufficient funds are entirely your responsibility, and you shall not be entitled to refunds of any prepaid amounts unless the Service Provider agrees otherwise. 

7.3 Service Availability
